The Blusher is one of only two species of Amanitas which are edible and good

If at any time you are unsure of the identification of any species of mushroom always err on the side of caution.
The Blusher can be mistaken for the poisonous and deadly Amanita pantherina or the Panther.
Any other wild mushroom can be substituted for this Duxelle
